Both Alibaba and Microsoft claim that their proprietary AIs have numerous applications. As it stands, both companies make very solid predictions that their neural networks will be capable of acting as online consultants, chat bots, sales guidance managers, tourist guides and will have applications in other areas, where the processing of vast amounts of text and understanding of human interaction is critical. The application of AIs will minimize human interference and participation in many processes, thus reducing resource allocation and the risk of human error.
