Victor Nosko is the CEO and Founder of GraphGrail Ai, and a Data-science specialist. He received his higher education from the SFU and is the winner of various university competitions, and the prime winner of the Startup-Sabantui, as well as resident and graduate of the Southern IT Park of Rostov-on-Don, Russia.
He is the founder of the data analysis startup GraphGrail and a Python developer skillful in the Django framework protocol. Victor has extensive experience and broad skills in stack technologies for language processing, such as NLTK + Celery + Pymorphy2 + GLRparser, etc. His experience in using the Google TensorFlow system for training artificial intelligence spans many years as his main specialization is information retrieval, engineering of linguistic attributes, and vector models (doc2vec, word2vec).
Victor is an expert at working with databases, such as PostgreSQL and has 5 years of experience in the implementation of grants of scientific funds (RFBR, RGNF) and internal grants of the SFedU. He has also worked on the development of algorithms, software implementation, and creation of products corresponding to market and business requirements as a whole. In the process of his work, Victor has gained extensive experience in conducting negotiations with customers and has managed and made sales with a marketing agency, the Electoral Committee RO, and the Center of Expertise. Within the framework of his work, he has also developed a service for complex semantic classification of large texts.
