A wax model of mass murderer Dennis Nilsen is displayed in the Chamber of Horrors at Madame Tussauds waxwork museum in London, England.

Wax figure of Dennis, whose brother called him “hen” - Scottish dialect for “girl”.

Dennis’ grisly claim-to-fame came about in the late 70s & early 80s, when he chatted up young men in pubs, took them home and strangled them. He bathed and dressed his deceased victims and kept company with his ‘friends’…
