As a recognition of the potential global impact of its digital ID solution, Gravity won on November 27th 2017 the Digital Africa Challenge on citizenship and e-government. More than 770 applications coming from 37 different countries were recieved.
Price awarding ceremony took place in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, during the 5th Africa — EU Summit gathering African and European Heads of State and Government together with the President of the European Council, the President of the European Commission, the President of the African Union and the Chairperson of the African Union Commission.
