I have accepted a unique invitation to be a presenter at PechaKucha Night Orlando v27! I would love for you to join me, Achievement Coach Greg Kilgore, at the first-ever “6-minutes and 40-seconds Group-coaching Experience” — one of eight eclectic presentations at PechaKucha Night Orlando. The evening of Friday, November 8th, we will share our PechaKucha presentations during two performances (showtimes at 6:00pm and 9:00pm) at the Pugh Theater in the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, in downtown Orlando.
PechaKucha, Japanese for "chit-chat," is a storytelling format whereby a presenter shows precisely 20 slides for just 20 seconds of commentary per slide. PechaKucha Night was devised in Tokyo as a chance for creative people to meet, network, and share their work. The PechaKucha format makes presentations concise while moving things along at a rapid pace. Speakers present on any subject from the personal to the public. Writer and coach, Eddie Selover, brought PechaKucha Night to Orlando in 2010, and this nonprofit community event has grown to become the city’s most popular public speaking forum.
