Reverse Psychology:
This is an interesting reverse psychology type phenomena that I have seen in my own life.
- Drink 24 oz of water every day. Took a while, but I have better energy and focus, BP and cholestrol metrics despite being a sleep-deprived mom of 2. And I shed all my pregnancy weight in a matter of months!
- Had the toddler chant Indian prayers every day for the past 2 months. We did miss a day here and there, and many days she was bored or disinterested. Now, she loves it and wants to say more. Bonus — longer attention spans (30+ mins).
- Writing habit — wrote 20 of 30 days in November, despite my “time confetti” schedule.
- In the past, I have used this method to get a new job with 30% salary hike (on the other side of the continent), grow a blog to 30,000 views per month and explore advanced functionality on ChatGPT and experiment/launch a no-code AI coach app.
