Great Runs in Asunción, Paraguay

Asunción is Paraguay’s capital and largest city, situated on a large bay of the Paraguay River near the Argentinian border. One of the oldest cities in South America, modern Asunción is the center of government, shipping, industry, and culture in Paraguay. While most of the narrow, crowded streets are not ideal for running, there are plenty of great routes along the city’s waterfront and parks.
