10x Better Contracts and Legal Disclosures

We’ve been working to uplift how contracts and legal disclosures are designed across industries and jurisdictions. Our stretch goal is to make them 10x better than they are today. This should be measured quantitatively/behaviourally and qualitatively/attitudinally.

So far the results are good. They’re not quite 10x. But we’re making big progress.

Recent results from a preliminary study in a complex consumer contracting context.

We’ve been doing this utilising a virtual toolkit that supports cross-functional collaboration, capability uplift and continuous improvement.

It’s challenging. It’s exciting.
