When most consumers interact with contracts (including me!), they have a bad experience. This isn’t new news. This is well understood.

The question we ask is, how can you make them friendly? Or rather, how can we make the contracting experience valuable, meaningful and engaging.

In this week’s Here’s How To I break down a specific process you can execute to design for a series of consumer outcome focused metrics. By designing for ‘consumer outcomes’ you will be far better poised to deliver contracts that put a smile on your customers dial.
