Then let me cut to the chase. One of the things we need to fundamentally transform is the way in which individuals engage with information about the data they’re being asked to share, why, how, with whom, for what exchange of value.

At Greater Than X we refer to this broad practice — of transforming the way information is communicated — as Better Disclosure. We’ve developed a toolkit to make Better Disclosure a more consistent reality for the organisations committed to progress.

One example we’re really proud of is our work with Regional Australia Bank. They’ve committed to Better Disclosure practices. They’ve started with their CDR Policy and Personal Loan Contract. They’ve set a leading example for others to build upon. Progress in this area will benefit of all stakeholders.
