Green Factory 101: Paperless

Sustainability in business is not just about the products or services.

We can also look into other parts of the operations to make the overall business greener.

One of the easiest ways is moving towards paperless operations.

While we still use paper at The Green Factory, we always find ways to reduce our consumption.

We make sure that we use both sides of the paper.

We reuse and recycle them after use.

We use digital catalogue, quotations, invoices and records.

We will also be utilising more technology like QR code and Virtual applications to reduce our dependency on paper.

By going paperless, we can reduce our environmental impact while increasing our efficiency and profits from the savings.

Nowadays, I don’t give out or take business cards as often as I find it to be impractical and creates a lot of waste.

I have also accumulated boxes of collected biz cards throughout the years.
