Introduction
Green-liv offers flexible accommodation, some space for co-working, as well as curated events, that are all aligned with collaboration, positive impact, mindfulness, and conscious business. Our place in New York City is fully furnished, featuring rooms, shared spaces, some space for co-working, and a garden. With cosmopolitan flair, and a French touch, the beautiful space provides the utmost experience for Green-liv’s members. Our vibrant international community includes entrepreneurs, experts, artists, and scholars. We envision together the best of what could be. We create synergies promoting impactful solutions and build successful projects in a great environment.

Our Coliving Space
Our Coliving space is located in the Brooklyn neighborhood called Bedford-Stuyvesant. We are about 6–8 minutes away from the Myrtle-Broadway stop on the J, M, and Z train lines. The J and Z line will take you to lower Manhattan in about 15 minutes and the M train can take you all the way up to midtown in 35 minutes.

THE LIVING ROOM(S)
The Living rooms are located in the basement and on the second floor of the house. All our members have access to both living rooms. Every living room includes:

THE GARDEN
We have three outdoor spaces. One in the front of the house, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The outdoor space on the first floor is a wooden deck on top of the ground floor where you can hang out, or take a break from you housemates ;) While downstairs on the ground-floor we have a bigger garden with a big table for all communal events and dinners…

THE BATHROOM(S)
We have 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, one on the first floor and another 1 on the second floor. All members have access to all bathrooms. We will provide you with a towel.
The Bedrooms
We offer 4 types of bedrooms which are all listed below. The room-type is what will determine the price of your stay. Prices range from $1090 a month up to $1790 for bigger rooms. If you have any questions about any room type you can contact us here.
THE KING ROOM(S)
The King Room is the biggest room we offer. This room, just like any other room, has access to all shared spaces mentioned above.

THE STANDARD ROOM(S)
The Standard Room is the second biggest room we offer. This room also has access to all shared spaces mentioned above. The only difference with the King Room is that this room is a little smaller and does not come with a desk.

THE SMALL STANDARD ROOM
The Small Standard Room is exactly the same as the Standard Room, just a little smaller. This room is ideal for people looking for a private room where they have their privacy without paying for a big room. You also have access to all shared spaces above.
