Wonderful Work Done by OP Jindal Modern School, Hisar

The GREEN RHINOS of OP JINDAL MODERN SCHOOL have successfully accomplished all the Inspiring Challenges which they had decided themselves.

Various Projects were:

1. Vegetable Plantation by using Compost

The steps taken to achieve this challenge were:

· Visit to Nursery at the Haryana Agricultural University (HAU).

2. Solar Energy :Awareness and Use

· Awareness speech in the School Assembly by senior students (on 20.10.16.)

· Soft board on Uses of Solar Energy prepared by young Green Rhinos(on 15.11.16.)

· Visit to Renewable Energy Department in HAU to show the students solar panels installed there( on 8.11.16)

3. Installation of dustbins in school buses

· Calculating the budget for 50 dustbins, one for each school bus

· Installation of the dustbins

· Awareness among the students regarding the use and importance of dustbins.
