Devin Leyba-Brown receives BAS program award

Each year at Commencement, one graduating baccalaureate student is selected to receive the BAS Software Development Program Award. This award recognizes technical excellence, integrity, service, and leadership. This year’s award recipient is Devin Leyba-Brown.

Devin (Class of 2023) is a United States Coast Guard veteran. In addition to maintaining an exemplary grade point average as a student in our Software Development BAS, he also served as an academic tutor, peer facilitator, and Student Help Desk employee. What is more, after graduation, Devin will be joining Expedia as a Software Development Engineer.
