Event Recap: 4th Annual Surviving Your First Tech Interview Meetup

Last night, our South King Software Developer Meetup hosted its 4th annual “Surviving Your First Technical Interview: Tips, Tricks & Live Demos” workshop with guest speaker Garrick West.

West, a senior technologist at Ripl, Inc., walked volunteers through a variety of whiteboarding exercises and concluded the interactive portion of the workshop with a mock behavioral interview.

During the Q and A portion of the workshop, attendees had the opportunity to ask questions about the interviewing process. West also shared some of his favorite technical interviewing tips and resources, and offered lessons learned from his 20+ year career as a software engineer.
