3 steps to purchase GreenX (GEX) token with MyEtherWallet (MEW) or MetaMask
GreenX recommends using MyEtherWallet (MEW) or MetaMask which are considered as the best wallets supporting for ERC20 tokens with so friendly user interface.
Conditions:
· (1) Investors had ETH wallet which is created on MyEtherWallet (MEW) or MetaMask
· (2) Investors signed up account on GreenX ICO portal (https://ico.greenx.network), and registered the address of ETH wallet (created on step 1) and completed KYC/AML
How to purchase and store GreenX (GEX) token on MyEtherWallet (MEW) and MetaMask
The GEX token purchase process will be fully automated through the official GreenX smart contract which is verified and published by EtherScan (https://www.etherscan.io). GreenX’s smart contract address is unique and used to distinguish from other tokens. Because Ethereum platform does not bind the name and token code must be unique, investors should know the official smart contract address of GreenX when purchasing GEX token.
Process with 3 steps:
Step 1: See the official address of GreenX smart contract on GreenX ICO portal
Investors signed up account on GreenX ICO portal, completed KYC and added their ETH wallet address to purchase token. After logging in the account will see the official address of GreenX smart contract.
· Click on the symbol “+” in “Purchase your GEX token now” on Dashboard
· If investors registered their ETH wallet address to purchase token, the GreenX contract address will be displayed as below:
Investors can check the information of GreenX smart contract verified and published on EtherScan.io by clicking on the “OPEN TOKEN” link. The information of token on EtherScan.io will be displayed.

(2) The official and unique address of GreenX smart contract
(3) GreenX Token is fully registered on EtherScan.io
(4) Public code of GreenX smart contract is certified by EtherScan.io
· This is the official and unique address of smart contract that GreenX uses on ICO, investors just transfer ETH directly to this address to purchase GEX token. Other contract addresses which can have similar contract name or token symbol, are not GreenX contract address. Investors must know clearly about this matter to avoid SCAM.
Step 2 & 3: Send ETH from personal wallet address registered on portal account to GreenX contract address, and check the GEX token balance in wallet.
1. Manipulation instruction on MyEtherWallet (MEW)
1.1 Access the Wallet
(1) Visit the official address of MyEtherWallet https://www.myetherwallet.com
Investors should carefully check the exact website address and have a MyEtherWallet Inc [US] privacy certificate next to the website address, so you can avoid SCAM and PHISING.
(2) Set up some environment configuration for main network of Ethereum

(3) Select “Send Ether & Tokens”
(4) Access to MyEtherWallet
MyEtherWallet supports many ways to access the wallet such as
· Connecting with cold wallets such as Ledger Nano S, TREZOR
· Connecting with MetaMask / Mist wallet
· Enter private key via Keystore / JSON File or directly Private Key
1.2. Send ETH to the address of GreenX smart contract to purchase GEX Tokens
After logging in, users just need to send ETH directly to the address of GreenX smart contract to receive the token.
· (1) Enter the address of GreenX smart contract and check the address exactly.
· (2) Enter the amount of ETH to purchase the GEX Token, and ETH must be greater or equal to 0.1 ETH, which is less than the total account balance (it has deducted a transaction fee, maximum is 0.012 ETH)
· (3) Choose ETH
· (4) Enter the Gas Limit is 200,000 as recommended to ensure successful transaction
· (5) Click on “Generate Transaction” button to create transaction data
· (6) Click on “Send Transaction” button to post transaction data on the Ethereum network
· (7) Click on “Yes, I am sure! Make transaction” button to confirm a transaction
1.3. Check a transaction which is confirmed successfully on the Ethereum network through EtherScan.io
The transaction is successfully posted on the Ethereum network, that is awaiting processing, click on the “Verify Transaction” button to see transaction information on EtherScan.io.

· (3) Transaction status is Success
· (4) Number of ETH transferred to smart contract
1.3. Check the GEX Token which is transferred to the wallet
1.3.1. Add the GEX token information to the wallet
After successfully logging in the MyEtherWallet wallet, user needs to do the following manipulations to help the wallet display the GEX token information.
Find the “Token Balances” part as a photo, add information of GEX token
· (1) Click on “Add Custom Token” button
· (2) Enter the address of GreenX smart contract into “Token Contract Address”
· (3) Enter the code of GreenX token is GEX into “Token Symbol”
· (4) Enter the decimal unit of the GreenX token is 18 on the “Decimals”
· (5) Click the “Save” button to complete
· (6) Click the “Show All Tokens” button to see the number of GEX tokens in the wallet
1.3.2. Check the balance of the purchased GEX token in the wallet
After the transaction is completed, GEX tokens will be transferred to the personal wallet of investors by Smart Contract, you can check it as these following steps:
(1) Select “View Wallet Info”, enter your personal wallet address
(2) Click the “View Balance” button
(3) Check the number of GEX tokens received in the “Token Balances”
Finally, you purchased GEX tokens successfully and owned them in your personal MyEtherWallet (MEW) wallet
2. Manipulation instruction on MetaMask wallet
2.1. Access the wallet
MetaMask is installed as an extension of the Google Chrome browser
2.2. Add the GEX token information to the wallet
MetaMask support tokens following to the ERC20 standard, to add GEX tokens to MetaMask, user does the following steps:
(1) Select Ethereum’s main network
(2) Go to tab TOKENS
(3) Click on “ADD TOKEN” button
Add GEX token information following to these steps:
(1) Enter the address of GreenX smart contract
After entering the address, Token Symbol and Decimal of Precision will automatically be displayed
(2) Click on “Save” button to save GEX token information
The GEX Token is successfully added to the MetaMask will be displayed as follows
2.3. Send ETH to Green’s smart contract address to purchase GEX Tokens
Follow the instructions to send ETH from MetaMask to GreenX’s smart contract address
(1) Click on “SEND” button
(2) Enter the correct smart contract address of GreenX
(3) Enter the amount of ETH you want to buy, attention that the ETH to buy must be greater than or equal to 0.1 ETH
(4) Click on “NEXT” button
(5) Submit a purchasing transaction to Ethereum main network
User needs to confirm the correct information before click on Submit button to create the transaction
(5.1) Address of personal wallet
(5.2) Address of GreenX smart contract
(5.3) The amount of ETH to buy
(5.4) Gas Limit is recommended up to 200,000
(5.5) Gas Price is recommended up to 60 Gwei
(5.6) Click on Submit button to create transaction or Reject if you want to cancel transaction

2.4. Check the status of transactions on Ethreum’s main network via EtherScan.io
Click on the transaction to see the information on EtherScan.io, the transaction will be successful as follows (The image of a test transaction)

2.5. Check the GEX token balance in the wallet
