There are a lot of articles addressing this growing problem that are burn-outs.But this one is the closest to what I really think. Very nice round-up.

Learning how to say “no” is probably the key to the rest. First, make time for something else : “every time you say “yes” to something, you say “no” to something else” (= gym, hobby, family time, sleep,…).
