A small script on a big mission

Hey! We are the team behind Greta and we are so happy that you’ve found our very first blog post. The plan is to share some of the stuff we do and learn!

For those of you who don’t know Greta we are building a platform for decentralized data distribution. Basically we provide a small script that creates a peer-to-peer network of your concurrent site users.

This means that content, such as images or video streams, can be delivered faster and with higher quality and less buffering. At the same time you get much lower load on your servers, and as you save a lot of bandwidth you’ll also save a lot of money. Isn’t that neat?

If you like to try it out, just create a free account or have a look at the documentation. You can also have a look at examples of most functions in our example repo on github.
