In 2015, 61% of murders were “cleared” by law enforcement through an arrest. 37% of rapes. 29% of robberies.

Seriously, think about that. If your daughter is raped, there is only a one in three chance somebody will get arrested, much less convicted.

Why don’t we stop prosecuting people for smoking a leaf, and actually prioritize real crime?
