I am collecting books about negotiation.. Some of these I’ve read and some I don’t use anymore. I’m seeking new books about negotiation both from additional sources with the term negotiation in it but also other wider areas when negotiation is inherent in existence like in many business books.

There needs to be new books about software and Enterprise negotiation because things have changed a lot both on the structure of companies and the structure of software and how it’s sold in different business models.

Another change in the big software company is that they’re the richest the most profitable companies in the world right now with a lot of market power and that’s an imbalance as they become partners with large banded companies especially the globals in enterprise. You know this because your cloud vendor and your office automation have a per person tax in your company in the software that they provide them to help automate their work. More custom software is very expensive and often requires special kinds of negotiation that include high-end consultants and advisory.

I think that all sides need to learn more about negotiation for win-win which I learned by studying and applying the works of Stephen covey a modern-day philosopher who learned good lessons and told good stories. Used to be the good book that I would recommend and buy for people the most I think it still is. These days though I’m more precise with offering books to people the better I know them the more likely they get a very unique book or two based on the problems they’re seeking to solve. Can I say I’m a book that I was kind of a librarian mixed with an academic and someone who knows how to build software companies and practices and procedures to roll out pretty big systems.. All that had problems but all that made my customers very happy and my partner’s happy as well.

I want more books and signals that are for different areas about negotiation and creativity and I also want other kinds from around the world rather than just from the US.

I am also seeking international books about negotiation please help if you’re anywhere in the world and you know what author from anywhere else than America and in any other language than English that is focused on negotiation I would love to read it.
