Public Sale to Own a Piece of Greyp Started
Our Public Sale started today, October 28, opening up a chance for our broader community of supporters to invest in our digitalized equity offering alongside major shareholders such as Porsche.
Investors can also earn a discount rate for our award-winning electric bikes by participating in the sale.
So far, we have been humbled by the overwhelming backing from people who want to join us as we build out a high-tech platform for the future of connected mobility to realize our vision of a world with zero emissions, zero ownership, and zero accidents.
In our pre-sale, we powered past our “soft cap” and quickly raised more than EUR 1 million. That followed a successful whitelisting process where we had to open up an extra 200 slots because of the high demand to register for the sale.
Our CEO Mate Rimac explained in an interview with global publication Newsweek how the sale opens the doors to retail investors who otherwise would never be able to buy equity rights in a company like Greyp at this stage of its high growth.
“We are doing this fundraising, this equity token offering, (because) we want people who believe in this, who share this vision with us where anybody can participate. In the past, we had huge companies investing in us … And now basically anybody who shares this passion with us can invest 100 euros, 500 euros, 1,000 euros.”
And COO Kresimir Hlede outlined in the International Business Times how Greyp’s equity token offering is trailblazing to make “private equity public.”
DISCOUNTS AND BIKE REWARD
You can participate in the public sale with as little as EUR 100 through the Greyp listing on the Neufund platform.
There is a sliding scale of discount rewards on our bikes. If you invest up to EUR 1,000, you will receive 10 percent off any one-time bike purchase; up to EUR 10,000, 20 percent, and 30 percent off for an investment up to EUR 100,000. Those investors who provide more than this will win the steep discount rate of 90 percent. Further instructions on how to utilize this discount will be provided in the next weeks.
