We are humbled that so many people in the last few weeks have been investing and continue to invest before Greyp’s digitalized equity offering ends later this month. We understand the appeal of owning a part of a company led by CEO Mate Rimac alongside the likes of major shareholder Porsche. We also appreciate how many retail investors have been excited by the innovative way we are democratizing access to equity and how the media such as Newsweek have taken to our idea of powering beyond electric bikes to build out a connected mobility platform.

But for the more than 70 employees at Greyp, we are profoundly aware that a major part of every decision to invest in the equity of a company stems from confidence in the team. We are determined to repay your faith with hard work and smarts as we take serious responsibility in realizing our vision to create a world of zero ownership, zero emissions and zero accidents — a vision that has inspired so many retail investors to join us.

We are looking forward to you getting to know us as you participate in our growth. To that end, here is the third in a series of posts introducing you to key members of the Greyp team.

Jan Meister, Product Designer

Following his passion for two-wheelers, Jan joined our Team after working three years for our sister company Rimac Automobili.

Addicted to cevapi and Croatian folk music, he decided to linger a little longer in Croatia to develop the most futuristic e-bikes with us, before returning back to his hometown in Germany (maybe, one day).

Dominik Vrbanac, Head of Sales and Post-sales

Dominik is in charge of Sales and Post-Sales operations in Greyp. He has been with Greyp from the very beginning, forming part of the company for 5 years.

Dominik is extremely passionate about what he is doing and that’s why it is so easy for him transforming his enthusiasm to potential clients/dealers.

Dominik would describe himself as a problem solver. He is steady on his feet, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and does whatever it takes, regardless of role or position, to get things done. Currently, he is doing his best to disrupt the E mountain bike market.

Predrag Pejic, Head of Electrical Engineering

Predrag originally came to Greyp as an intern and soon after became one of the first Greyp employees. He is one of the employees who has most left his mark on all of the products in our current company portfolio as he plays a key role in the design, development and delivery of Greyp’s Embedded Systems.

Beyond that, Predrag is basically Mr Curious. He freely admits he just loves to understand how things work while enjoying learning new paradigms and concepts regardless of the underlying beneath.

Marina Markezic, Advisor

We are also delighted to count on Marina, who heads the Unlawcked consultancy, for our digitalized equity offering. Marina has imported her immense experience from supporting innovative retail investment offerings at Cofound.it. At Cofound.it, Europe’s №1 pioneer in tokenized investments, Marina was head of advisory. Her expertise in understanding how fast-growth companies like Greyp can extend beyond major shareholders of traditional private equity to reach retail investors has been invaluable. The results speak for themselves: Greyp’s whitelist of registrations had to be expanded and investments soared beyond EUR 1 million in just the first few days.

There is still time for you to join Greyp and the team by participating in the digitalized equity offering. Our public sale ends November 27.
