Each semester we receive hundreds of applications from students interested in building a career at the intersection of tech and investing. After our second incredible cohort of Campus Partners this past Spring, we’re excited to announce the kickoff of our third batch for the Fall ‘19 semester 🎉!
The caliber of our Campus Partners this semester is off the charts. Many of these students have hands-on investing and tech experience at leading funds and companies such as Sequoia Capital, Union Square Ventures, GirlsWhoCode, Silicon Valley Bank, Target Global, Bloccelerate, NBCUniversal, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and more.
There are also a handful who have been active at campus venture funds such as Happy Valley Capital (Penn State), Poly Canyon Ventures (Cal Poly), Ohio Innovation Fund, Bruin Ventures (UCLA), Atland Ventures (University of Minnesota), Virginia Venture Fund, and more.
On top of that, our Fall ’19 Campus Partners hail from some of the best universities in the United States including: California Polytechnic State University, Columbia University, Duke University, New York University, Purdue University, George Washington University, Ohio State University, UCLA, UC Berkeley, University of Chicago, University of Maryland, University of Michigan, University of Minnesota, University of Pennsylvania, University of Southern California, University of Virginia, University of Washington, and Yale University.
But what we’re most proud of is the impact our Campus Partner program has on helping students further their dreams towards a career in tech and investing. That’s why we’re especially ecstatic to welcome back our Spring ’19 Campus Partner, Saurav Pahadia, as our Head of Campus Partners for this semester!
“Being a part of last year’s Campus Partner cohort was awesome, to say the least. Jordan, Cory, and David did a phenomenal job not only opening doors to VC for university students, but also by educating and training us for a potential career in venture capital.
This semester, I’m excited to make tons of improvements on the program on top of the amazing groundwork placed by the OG Ground Up team. We’ll have an especially intense focus on encouraging community, collaboration, and content creation within our Campus Partner community. Expect to see some awesome things coming out of this cohort!”
We’re super excited to have a rockstar like Saurav leading our Campus Partner program.
