Grounded Solutions Network Research Update
We have wrapped up data collection for Grounded Solutions Network’s nationwide, comprehensive census of community land trusts and nonprofits with shared equity homeownership programs. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to every one of the practitioners who participated in this lengthy but vital survey. Your time and effort have made an invaluable contribution to the field!
With your help, we nearly doubled the response rate of the last comprehensive survey conducted in 2011. We received over 180 responses to the survey and identified a population of about 300 CLTs and nonprofits with shared equity programs in 46 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.
We plan to publish a robust report in the middle of 2023 that documents the prevalence, performance, and practices of the field, providing an important resource for practitioners, funders, lenders, governments, and advocates to support and advance the field.
