Kiddie Academy at Mt. Prospect Outdoor Playground Environment

It’s a new month which means that it’s time to dress your tech for November. Give thanks for play with this beautiful musical garden at Kiddie Academy at Mt. Prospect in Mt Prospect, Ill.

This outdoor educational playground environment features a Tot-Trek™ and a Double To-Fro Glider for toddlers, and a special area for children 2–12 years old that focuses on extending the classroom outdoors with STEAM elements. To keep children protected and equipment cool, we incorporated multiple shade structures into the site design.

Included in this playground design:

• Age-appropriate playground structures
• Musical garden
• Nature log tunnel
• Shaded areas
