The methods of communication we are going to use are a blend between virtual communication and in person communication. This course is blended so we feel like a good balance of these types of communication will be beneficial in the long run of the class. These methods of communication will keep us accountable online as well as in person. For our online communication we are going to use Facebook messenger. We found this for to be the easiest because there as an app that we all had on our phones and all we had to do was add each other on Facebook and then we could create a group. Also we are in a group on canvas so if the Facebook messenger thing doesn’t work out we have that to fall back on.

We plan to communicate whenever things are due. I don’t know if this project will take more than communicating once a week or what. We don’t really know what it will take, we are kind of still feeling things out. We probably won’t have to meet in person all that often since we have other forms of communication.

It’s kind of hard to figure out how we will handle conflicts if we haven’t really had any conflicts arise yet. We see most of our potential conflicts having to do with time and more specifically arranging times to meet up as a group. To address we have already said that weekends don’t work the best with our schedules. If we have a time where only 2 of us can meet we will do that and still give the 3rd person stuff to do to make sure the workload is easy. We have the resources necessary to schedule an appointment to meet up and get stuff accomplished if it comes down to it. We will learn from our future conflicts and see what works best for one another.

To equally share the workload, we will have to stay organized and stay on top of things. It will be hard for to all lead but we all have different strengths that we bring to this team. So far our team has had really good communication making it really easy too work together. If we know what is due before it is due and have enough time to divide it up and get it done. Our team will ensure equaling sharing of workload by give each person a part of the project for each person to work. We will also meet up and work on the project together to solidify that every team member is doing their fair share of work.

We believe that teams work best when there isn’t one leader, but everyone kind of takes an equal role instead. If there is just one leader but everyone works as a team. Sharing the leadership will be the best thing for our group as a whole. There isn’t necessarily one leader but everyone will lead there own certain aspects of the team. We are still figuring out our leadership roles within the team, but the most organized person will be the one who sets up the meetings and the most decisive person will help us decide what to do when we get stuck on the project.

We will work with each other and help other members learn the material and can improve in the future so we don’t make the same mistakes again. Not everything will be perfect right away but hopefully with 3 sets of eyes on everything we can make the project to the best of our abilities. Also there will be 3 people working with the material and learning what it takes to be a successful team specifically a successful virtual team.
