Group Therapy

The words I say

They are a reflection of how I am.

She appears to be happy. How can I tell? She is smiling.

If I am happy, I will choose words like cats, smiling, and joy.

If I am hurting, I will choose words like grumpy, ruts, and frowning.

If I am happy, I am not complaining

If I am complaining, it is very hard to be happy

Evidently, I can’t walk and chew gum at the same time

Not so talented as I thought I was.
