At Growe, our implicit values have been honed over the years, revolving around our rhythm (notably our remarkable growth from a team of 10 in 2019 to over 800 employees today), our aspiration of achieving new heights — and attracting teams who resonate with these aspirations. It became clear when we conducted a survey among our employees, inquiring about the values that resonated most with their respective teams. Each team member shared thoughts on how they perceive our philosophy and identified the characteristics without which it would be impossible to work effectively and be a true member of Growe. Everyone echoed the same sentiments — flexibility, drive, unity, and team spirit. We even joked about it, as if everyone had conspired, wondering how such unanimity was possible. Indeed, the process of shaping values became a multi-stage endeavor for us, involving external facilitators. However, our primary objective was to have our specialists participate in this process, as they best understand the company’s ethos and can help set the right direction. Consequently, our values today genuinely reflect all of us.
So, what are these values at Growe? “Growe Together” embodies teamwork, mutual support, openness, and a macroclimate where growth is nurtured. It’s about the people’s development and unity in this process. “Be Ready for Change” speaks to the necessity of speed, flexibility, and loyalty to changes in our dynamic business environment. Considering the fast-paced flow of information in the world of technology, adaptability is not just desirable; it’s imperative. “Drive Result Over Process” encapsulates our ethos of energy and goal orientation. At Growe, ambition is a common trait, and a “results-driven” philosophy is in our DNA.

In a recent initiative, we launched the GROWE VALUES CHALLENGE on our Instagram, encouraging people to share their favorite values. The response was overwhelming, with over 60 unique stories shared, showcasing a deep connection to our core principles. This initiative strengthened employee engagement and brought impressive results, with a remarkable 44% increase in our number of subscribers, demonstrating the perfect match of personal values with organizational goals.
