Have faith the size of a mustard seed

Matthew 17:20 — He replied “Because you have so little faith I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as mustard seed, you can say to this mountain “Move from here to there and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you”.

This is what Jesus said to his disciples when they asked why they were not able to drive a demon out of a little boy that they prayed over.

If you are a follower of Christ and have faith in his ways and timing, then nothing is impossible for you. Jesus wants you to follow him because we are what remains of him here on earth. He died so that we could live. Have faith the size of a mustard seed (which is really tiny) and all will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Jesus will teach you, through his word and experiences, how to follow him as long as you are willing and have faith to do so.

Jesus took Peter, James, and John up to the mountain and a white cloud formed with a voice speaking to them, this frightened the three disciples. Then Jesus said to them to not be afraid because it was Him talking to them, but their challenge was that they were not allowed to repeat what Jesus said to them at the mountain. As his disciples they could lead people to Christ but it was up to the person to form their own faith in Jesus.

We are Jesus’s disciples and we are promised the blessings He has for each one of us. Have faith in Him and His word and you will live free.
