Over the last 18+ years, I have done one thing.
Growing SaaS companies from 0 → $1 Million → $100 Million → $250 Million. I had the privilege of scaling iconic SaaS and tech companies — HighRadius, Capillary Technologies, and Juniper Networks.
I started my journey in the SaaS world when folks asked, “Can you give the software on a CD.”
There were no playbooks. No LinkedIn influencers. No podcasts.
I failed many times, built playbooks, and models, and learned things hands-on.
Experiment → iterate → fail → iterate → win. Rinse and Repeat.
Over the last 4 years, I have mentored 100+ SaaS founders and marketing teams. It pinched me hard when people made the same mistakes I did.
I started Growton with a mission to help SaaS companies reliably grow ARR with Marketing Planning, Account-Based Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand Marketing services. We are also working on a product idea (in stealth). That’s for another post.
We use playbooks and tech to drive predictability, scale, and efficiency in SaaS marketing / GTM.
Growton is the culmination of my decade-old dream of starting up.
A dream to build a meaningful company and help companies grow.
A mission to build a company where employees are empowered to do their best work of their lives.
A passion for creating at least 10,000 jobs in the next 10 years.
This will be a marathon.
