  1. How do you briefly describe your past work experience?
I have a total of 14 years of work experience in Customer Service, Retail Banking Branch banking, Customer Engagement, and Service Quality. My last work experience was with Yes bank as a personal banker before joining Growup.
  2. What made you switch from that job to being VA at Growup? How did you cope with the transition?
Moving to my hometown Goa from Mumbai 7 years back with my 6-year-old daughter was anyways a challenging juggle and then the post-pandemic limitations to daycare facilities only made it clear that I had to look for a remote working job to ensure I give time to my daughter and financially be independent and do justice to career growth.
It was not easy to quit a banking career and think of finding a remote working job but all thanks to Growup Group I realized this is as good as it gets. Growup group offers work-life flexibility as my mind is free from stress and this only helps me give my 100% to work and provide productive results making it a win-win situation for myself and my company. Growup group believes in giving back to its employees with its various policies and flexible working hours.

My typical workday starts with wishing my team a good morning on our official communication channel and the sound of many replies/pings that follow only tells you that we are together waking up to another exciting day. Family is always my backbone and my shining armor. They have supported me by letting me take my training calls and virtual sessions without any disturbances or noises. My daughter has been the most understanding and supportive.
