Terms and Conditions

Rewards:

• Reward event 1 (deal is live): You will be rewarded $250 in the event the deal you submit goes live with GYB. This is defined as either a GYB partnership or GYB’s investment of capital.
• Reward event 2 (deal is profitable): In addition, you will be rewarded an additional $250 in the scenario the deal yields a positive return for GYB. This is defined as the deal having sufficient liquidity to allow for GYB’s average exit price to be higher than GYB’s average entry price for this deal (e.g. for a token or NFT asset investment). In the scenarios for deals involving assets with cash flow producing properties, profitability shall be defined as asset appreciation plus cash flow minus initial investment and ongoing operating costs (i.e. exceeding point of break-even). When positive return is achieved, the additional reward of $250 will be provided to the hunter who originally brought the deal forward.
• You may elect to receive the reward in Ethereum or an NFT of equivalent USD value. The value of ETH will be determined using the spot rate as shown on Coinmarketcap at time of value transfer.

Conditions:

• You will only be rewarded in the case that we do not already have any ongoing discussions or ongoing / soon-to-launch partnership with them.
• If multiple people submit the same opportunity, only the first one will be rewarded.
• You must be a GYB Member to participate (Insider level or above)
• Pure spamming or spamming poor quality projects or without proper research to participate in the program or raffle won’t be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
