A kitchen really isn’t a kitchen without a decent set of pots and pans. Pots and pans are a major part of a kitchen. You need a certain degree of confidence in your kitchen equipment. If that confidence isn’t there, obviously, doing your best work becomes problematic. Naturally, like a lot of professionals will tell you, a chef is only as good as his or her equipment.

An Amazon Basics 8-Piece Non-Stick Cookware Set, starting at £49.99, can be fine depending on what it is you’re cooking. The set, fairly cheap, is fine for what it is. It is what it is. Funnily, because I’ve seen worse pots and pans sets, I don’t have much of a ringing endorsements for such sets.

EYHLKM, with an 8 Piece set, is more than a decent set. The cost, starting at £2,937.60, is a bit much but it does everything it says on the packaging. The set is remarkable. EYHLKM is more of a mid-range pots and pans company. The company, not just pots and pans, does other things.

The multi-layer double bottom, uniform heat absorption, easy temperature control, and fast heating is marvellous. The non-sticky and wear-resistant attributes affords the user a remarkable degree of confidence. What more could you want from a set?

Something far more expensive, starting at an extravigent £7,276.94, is the CHYSP 4 Cookware 8 Piece Cookware Set. The set, not really for the home kitchen, is more of a professional set chefs might want in their work kitchens. But obviously, if you don’t have the skills to create professional restaurant grade dishes, it doesn’t matter what you make… it isn’t going to work. Naturally, as professional chefs know, confidence in ones abilities helps significantly.
