The set, not really for the home kitchen, is more of a professional set chefs might want in their work kitchens. But obviously, if you don’t have the skills to create professional restaurant grade dishes, it doesn’t matter what you make… it isn’t going to work. Naturally, as professional chefs know, confidence in ones abilities helps significantly.
