Why did you decide to become a host?

A: I Quit my job and decided to try. Also because I consider myself a traveler and wanted to see if I can succeed in offering something special. The apartment is ideally located with views of the Duomo and that obviously helped.

A: 2017

Q: What do you love about being a host?

A: Quit my job and decided to try. Also because I consider myself a traveller and wanted to see if I can succeed in offering something special. The apartment is ideally located with views of the Duomo and that obviously helped.

Q: What, if anything, do you find challenging about being a host?

A: It’s not as easy as it looks in the first place. If you want to be a 5 star host, it takes a lot a lot of work.

Q: Do you have a philosophy or approach to hospitality that you think differentiates yourself from others?

A: I first want to know something about my guest. There is no one host fits all. I then am prepared to assist them in finding what they’re most interested in . Florence is not only Renaissance, it’s contemporary art, music, perfumes, antique shops, Markets….. I am also available to take them for a walk around town.

Q: Do you offer any special amenities that you think are important for guests to be aware of?

A: Yes , depends on time of year, but always Prosecco and Wine and Olive Oil.
