GuildFi Joins Hands with LUXON, a Subsidiary of LINE Games, Bringing its IP to Life in Web3
GuildFi is excited to announce our latest investment in LUXON, a blockchain game development platform that aims to bring LINE Games IP into Web3. With this partnership, our combined efforts will be focused on accelerating the Web3 transition for gamers and game developers.
Introduction to LUXON
LUXON is established by founders with over 10 years of experience in the gaming industry with the goal of building games where players earn ownership of the games they play while simultaneously amplifying the rights of gamers as providers, traders and players.
With its in-house developed blockchain gaming platform, the company aims to deliver a compelling experience to gamers and game developers in their adoption of Web3. Once the footwork has been laid out and the original IPs have been developed on LUXON, there will be further opportunities for third-party or independent gaming studios to be accepted on the LUXON gaming platform.
Desperado B218: The Scars of Exos
The first game that will be published on LUXON’s gaming platform will be Desperado B218: The Scars of Exos, a turn-based battle RPG in which players control a squad of five characters. The game emphasises highly on NFTs as a collectible with players able to acquire anime-inspired characters and other items to take on various roles in the game. Trading of NFTs will be powered by the $LXN token which players can also acquire via in-game activities such as battles or quests.
GuildFi x LUXON
Here at GuildFi, we are excited about LUXON’s first published game — Desperado B218: The Scars of Exos. We will be coming up with various community events leading up to the launch to allow our users to enjoy the immersive experience that the game provides. Moreover, the GuildFi platform will also integrate with LUXON’s platform, providing the ability for our users to enjoy in-game quests while further benefiting from collecting more GXP points on the GuildFi platform.
