A Sense of Space — Michael Lam’s Private View

Guyana’s beautiful landscapes take center stage at the Guyana Marriott.

Photographer Michael C. Lam currently has an exhibition at the Guyana Marriott Hotel entitled A Sense of Space, featuring his well-known monotone vistas of Guyana. The exhibition was initially mounted for the OAS conference event — XXIV Inter-American Congress of Ministers and High-Level Authorities of Tourism, which was hosted at the Marriott from March 21–22, 2018.

“ I was asked by the President of THAG to mount a small exhibition for the OAS… I selected 10 pieces and with Andrea-Salvador de Caires’ persistence and vision, along with the staff of the Guyana Marriott, it was tastefully and beautifully executed,” he said.
