Guzzolene : Bootstrapping liquidity into Abacus while boosting ABC holder rewards

Sure.

With Abacus Spot launch around the corner and with things being built on top of it sprouting everywhere, there will be a lot of pressure on Abacus fulfilling its purpose to appraise NFTs. Abacus allows users to lock in ETH in exchange for the right to buy EDCs which can later be swapped for ABC tokens.

Not even launched and Abacus has amassed, so far, over 30 partners. They will use Abacus for lending, insurance, capital efficiency, etc. Therefore we see a high demand for liquidity in order to oil up the Abacus engines.

What is Guzzolene?

Guzzolene is a protocol focused on accumulating MetaFi tokens, specifically ABC tokens. Mainly by bootstrapping liquidity into Abacus Spot Pools and bonding.

Guzzolene will offer bonds for ABC tokens and ETH, will partner with other MetaFi protocols, and help them ease the liquidity problem by appraising their NFTs on Abacus Spot so they can take advantage of loan opportunities across DeFi.

Guzzolene will also make participation in Abacus Spot easier for smaller traders, granting them the ability to benefit from an economy of scale effect. Unlocking new forms of yield (that are normally only accessible to big players) such as boosts, and getting the most out of their capital thanks to protocol-run strategies.

Guzzolene aims to become the largest holder of ABC and secure the health of the Abacus and the MetaFi Ecosystems.

Liquidity sources

Guzzolene will get the required liquidity via several streams such as:

• bonding
• public round
• veABC rewards
• gdnABC fees
• LP fees
• bribes (and even more bribes) from protocols willing to get their NFTs appraised and even NFT communities/collections wanting to offer their members the opportunity of taking loans on their NFTs; + Abacus emissions boost gauge bribes.
• Abacus Ecosystem Fund — a low-risk investment/yield fund set to operate mainly around projects related to the Abacus space.
