Here’s 15 amazing exercises for shredding your body fat and improving your overall conditioning. Exercises like this often work best in an interval style, i.e. 30 seconds on 30 seconds off, or if you want to challenge yourself go for 60 seconds on and 30 seconds off. You can also approach some of these as an EMOM style, performing 12–15 reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.
