Exercise flows that will burn fat and build muscle

Metabolic chains link exercises into one seamless movement, for example a bent over row may be followed by a curl, then a shoulder press, creating a “chain” of exercises. Doing this will achieve a tremendous calorie burn similar to that of cardio intervals but with muscle building results too. The benefits don’t end there either. This high-intensity exercise can continue to burn calories after you have finished too, known as the ‘afterburn effect’. With this kind of exercise, expect to blast through 300 to 400 calories in just 30 minutes, then another 300+ calories over the rest of the day too.
