3 exercises for great quads
Not everyone is as genetically gifted when it comes to their leg shape and size. There’s so many ways to train legs and it’s often best to find exercises that really develop you personally. Here’s 3 fantastic exercises you may have not seen before to help build your overall quad shape, size and development.
(Make sure you are fully warmed up before starting any of these exercises).
Bonus Tips:
- If you’re looking to develop to tops of your quads, try using the leg extension with a toes down position as seen HERE. This is great for leaving no stone un-turned and getting full quad development.
- Make sure to train your adductors too. By doing so, you’ll be benefitting from some major injury-prevention and enhanced stability for your other leg exercises. One of the best exercises for this, is the Adductor Machine. Try pairing adductors with quads and abductors with hamstrings/glutes days for best results.
