3 exercises to massively boost your fitness

The cardio section of gyms is ever expanding, but plodding away on the treadmill for 30 minutes can be soul destroying and monotonous. Here’s 3 short but highly effective exercises you can do to massively boost your fitness levels.

  • Bike Lactic Sprints
    By pushing your lactic threshold, these sprint drills will help you work faster, longer and shorten your recovery time dramatically. Try lactic sprints for some awesome fat loss and conditioning. Maintain 600 watts for as long as possible, rest for 3 minutes…do 6 rounds.
  • Battle Rope Wave/Slam Combo
    The ropes improve your fitness in every way, from strengthening your core to slaying calories, and as for cardio, think about battle ropes as sprinting for the full body.   • Medicine Ball Slams
    The medicine ball slam is done for developing power, strength, and speed. It works best for triceps, abdomen, shoulders, calves, back, glutens, quads, etc. This exercise will massively increase your heart rate and burns big calories. Try doing these as ladders, like in this 15 minute superset workout.
