Our new ‘alternative exercise’ feature is here!

How many times have you hit the gym and had these issues?

This new feature doesn’t just change the exercise all together, it’ll give you options for exercises based on a few factors:

  • There’s machine, free-weight and bodyweight alternatives
  • Alternatives hit the same muscle group
  • Variations for different capabilities
  • Match the same movement pattern i.e if it’s a press, you’ll get press variations
  • Intuitive ways to do an exercise differently
  • Progressional variations
