This new feature doesn’t just change the exercise all together, it’ll give you options for exercises based on a few factors:

- Alternatives hit the same muscle group
- Variations for different capabilities
- Match the same movement pattern i.e if it’s a press, you’ll get press variations
- Intuitive ways to do an exercise differently
- Progressional variations
