Yes abs are made in the kitchen and yes, there’s more to getting sculpted abs than just hitting up some crunches and leg raises. One of the best and most advantageous ways to train your #abs is to train an isometric hold while moving dynamically. This transfers over amazingly well to your athletic development and other core lifts like squats, lunges, rows, deadlifts etc. Here’s two hard ab exercises that will quickly tighten up your core.
