How to train your arms without weights.

Your body doesn’t realise that it’s holding a dumbbell over a different added resistance. Weight is weight, which is why IT IS possible to build muscle with bodyweight exercises, you just got to advance things over time to gradually make it harder and more strenuous on the muscle. Here’s 6 of the best exercises that require no weights to help build and tone your arms.

Biceps

  1. Chin Ups
  2. Wide Grip Australian Row
  3. Inverted Bicep Curl

Triceps

  1. Bodyweight Skullcrushers
  2. Dips (elbows pointing backwards)
  3. Diamond Face Push ups
