Getting in shape is hard at the best of times. No amount of new years motivational bullshit will make any difference… did it last year? What evidence do you have that you’ll stick at anything you try this time around?

We all know it’s utter nonsense that the date changing from 2017 to 2018 will make any difference to successfully achieving your goal of losing fat or building muscle.

Think about previous years and ask yourself why you stopped.

Will it be another year of feeling shitty? It doesn’t have to be but you need to take responsibility for yourself and choose to make the right changes to your lifestyle.

Step 3. Get a meal plan.
