H2O Securities Weekly Update-Week22

• H2OC traded in a range between $2,08 and $2,29.
• Our new H2O token SmartContract is currently being finalized in accordance with recommendation from our last audit and will complete testing and commissioning by the end of the week.
• This will be followed by an audit of the new token SmartContract and well as a new Legal Opinion on the structure of the Token and our Tokenomics model, to be completed within the next 14 days
• The Swap Period from the old H2OC token to the new H2O(x) token (new name to be announced) will be 22–28 June — we will communicate the swap process and support process well in advance. Every H2OC Holder must take action on this.
• We have finalized our listing agreements, subject to the final audit & legal opinion above, our listing schedule will be as follows:

- 30 June 2022: Initial Exchange Offer (IEO) on the Bitmart Centralized Exchange

- 3 July 2022: Full Listing on the Bitmart Centralized Exchange

- 10 July 2022: Full Listing on the ApeSwap Decentralized Exchange (our main liquidity pool)
