I Am An Asshole…

…apparently. Someone just told me that.

Or, well, they explained that some other people think I’m an asshole, cited their reasoning (one suspect; one factually incorrect and they forgot about it making them the asshole and so on) and sent me an article about not-being-so-much-of-an-asshole.

(For the curious, here’s the link: How do I apologise for being a jerk? I have Asperger’s).

A few months ago I would have been really hurt and concerned.

Today, thanks to my master plan of being terrible at many, many things, I can’t really muster up emotional energy to be sad.

(Okay; maybe just a little. I like the person who was alas factually incorrect…)

But more importantly I’m grateful that hey, one person wanted to help and tell me that I should be less of an asshole.

Thank you.
