After introducing a startup, we learn and work on how to improve branding cum subscription? In the process we passed by hurdles, and analysing them we plan out strategies while introducing startup. In this article we have shared some such questions and their answers which you would of course come across, while growing your startup.

Purpose

The vision must be clear from beginning of your startup. What division are you opting, whether web-based, mobile app, SaaS or any other? To fulfill your purpose, make sure you are using all possible options, even if your need says, visit some of your relevant competitors, just do it. See, if there is any additional factor that can bring you near the golden ratio for success.

Should you wait and watch?

Don’t wait or give chance to any of your team mate, whom you find not working according to the plan or making delay in process. Yes, of course it will double your working and even this will take all of your weekends and time that you had planned to spend with your family & friends. But, it’s important to take such decision at initial stage, before it too late. This is not about your relation with them, it’s about your startup, your dream, your passion and you can never compromise with it. Hope that’s not wrong!!

It’s always better to make things correct in starting, be clear and loud about each once responsibilities and deadlines. Keep a note, if these thing didn’t turn up, it might be a time for them to leave.

Budget Management

Yes, of course, we all work for money! Approving an appropriate budget for your startup initially is a better step. Plan out your complete investment is such a way that each activity is covered based on its financial needs. I personally follow a rule i.e. its’ better to keep some penny for your bad days!

In the beginning we cannot be accurate about the final budget, but yes there is a possibility that you might figure out an appropriate amount. Try to get as much as free services in beginning as this helps you in your budget. Doing this will enhance your experience upon making your decision on investing in those services, but don’t compromise with services which may be draw up in future.

Expert hands

It is always better to speak to experts or professional of industry, although it is a rear chance if they may help you fully, because they are as busy as you or even more. Try to follow them, read their articles, blogs, stories or even a comment, figure out the message they left behind. You can even ask any question, in reference to the matter you read or any section. Importantly, I recommend, to ask a direct, most relevant and uncommon question, which will highlight you or your brand to those experts and then there will be a change they might show up their interest.

Team Communication

Communication is the most important aspect of your process, if this goes wrong it can change well into worst or via versa. Organise weekly or monthly base interaction sections with your team. Try to see what they had done so far? What are they up-to? How are they planning to reach to the set goal? These forms of interactions should not be always about your goal and process ask team to share if, would like to share their happy moments, they experienced within the work floor or colleges or even a personal one. Be clear to your team and let them be your best co-workers, give them some personal space and time, tell them why they are important and what capabilities and abilities they have to keep up the good work going.

Hope, all of the above tips will help you in leveling up your startup and workforce. Always keep a mind, experiment is a way of learning new things, and new learning helps you achieving your goal.

Please leave your feedback's, as they will help me in improving my write-up , Cheer!!!
