If your online project/startup just launched — you probably need some userbase growth. Exposure is important for different reasons. A smart guy told me:

If you want to find new leads, you should find at least 150 places where you can promote your business.

In order to get some traction, I will advise you to submit your project into a few startup directories. Startup directories are similar to Yellow Pages concept. It’s a place where people can find some basic information.

Like website address. Or a LinkedIn link.

Top 2 places for me are ProductHunt and AngelList.
- At AngelList you can create a cool profile for your company.
- At ProductHunt you need to find a hunter (current user of ProductHunt). He will hunt your project (create a post and fill basic profile for it).

Third place is “Startup Product Launches” group on Facebook.
Very helpful and warm community.

All links below will follow you to ProductHunt posts with places where you can promote your startup. You can read reviews or ask a question to founder/maker as well.

I’m sure that new projects will be added later, so check ProductHunt search page as well.

Thanks for reading!
