If not a US H1-B, how about one in Canada, Australia or the UK?

The US immigration system is frustrating! After all the tax and tuition and a great job offer, you can still get kicked out of the country without a winning lottery in the H1-B process.

Yes, we can have our fingers crossed for Donald Trump. But I will say, it is better if we hold our own future in hand.

Here is a little bit about me…

By now, I am sure you should be convinced that moving to another English-speaking immigration country is really a legitimate alternative if you do not get the H1-B (or if you up to an adventure).

It can take a lot of work, but it will be worth it.

In the end, remember to give it a clap if you find this article helpful. It will allow people to see it and use this resource.

Best of luck!

Update in Jan 2022: I ended up moving to Canada since June 2021. I went through intra company transfer to get a work visa with Salesforce. If you are considering similar possibilities, ping me and let’s chat.
